Portrait of Ernie Dingo ... the story
"I didn't want to paint the 'national icon' image.
I have always had a deep respect for Ernie and the Aboriginal culture. It was truly an honour and privilege to paint such a remarkable man.
There certainly is a lot more to him than meets the eye!"
Ernie himself has signed the painting along with placing his own handprint on it, which adds a uniqueness, as well as raising it's value.
This painting is for sale with part proceeds going to the Cranio Facial Foundation.

"The artist enriches the Soul of humanity and delights people with a thousand unsuspected shades of feeling.
The artist reveals spiritual riches until then unknown, and gives people new reasons for loving life, new inner lights to guide them" – Rodin
